Back to My Roots: Where Writing Meets Wellness

Well hey there, long time no talk...


It's been 3 years, but we're finally breathing life back into the blog.


While not entirely intentional, this unplanned hiatus was, however, for good reason as 2022 marked the start of my endeavor as a holistic nutrition practitioner.


Now, several years later with more work, responsibilities and littles than ever, I'm making shifts to be more intentional with the time I put into this business. For me, this has meant taking a break from work that felt unaligned in my current season of life and getting clear on what I'd really like to bring to the Jill Halliday Wellness table moving forward.


So, I asked myself: "What do I enjoy most? What do I always gravitate back to?"


My answer was clear — writing.


Creative. Informative. Straight from the heart.


But also, connecting with you. Speaking from the soul in hopes of resonating with you, cultivating community and helping guide you on your walk to holistic health and wellness.


So, that's what we'll do. To fill my cup and hopefully yours too, because inspiring you to feel your best while nourishing your body and mind has been my wholehearted goal from the start.



For now, we'll begin here, a gathering place to explore all things:


  • What it means to feel nourished from the inside out

  • Natural health and healing modalities

  • Informative insights on holistic nutrition

  • Small shifts to sustain lifelong wellness

  • Creating more healthful habits

  • Finding nourishment in motherhood

  • Learning to slow down and just be
